Roof Magic was designed specifically for tile roofs. A tremendous amount of tile was installed before color-thru tile was put on the market and now much of that tile is fading. Some owners of tile roofs may just be ready for a color change and there are plenty of shopping centers, office buildings and restaurants that want to improve or change their look. Several homeowners and businesses have already attempted painting their tile roofs and already they have started to fade, chip and peel. As with any roof, a licensed contractor should do a complete inspection prior to starting the color coating process. All roofs should be inspected for any cracked, broken or chipped tile that could cause leakage. Ridge, rakes, valleys and other areas also need to be inspected for potential problems.
